The security deposit for this jib arm is: $1,500
which must be secured via:
credit card authorization, cash or production insurance.
If a credit
card is used either for deposit or for rental fees, or both, please,
at time
of equipment pick-up, have the
original
credit card used to reserve the jib and ID (license,
passport) associated with the credit
card used. Otherwise please
inform us at Voxfilm
and we
will help out.
If your production has a production insurance policy please fax a copy of your policy naming V Media Inc. as loss payee. fax insurance form to: 212 591 6604 The value on the insurance form shall be $2,600
Renter agrees to return jib arm free from any abrasions or damage. Any imperfections, scratches or abrasions at commencement of rental will be noted on a porta jib check-out form that is provided with the jib arm. If equipment returns with damage not noted on the check out form, the additional damage will be assesed as per the damage assessment guide.
