is called Gothropolis. It is a 3D ultra high resolution virtual
environment known in teh film industry as a Digital Matte Painting. It
was created in Softimage 3D from textures and elements found in
industrial areas of New York City. Integrating actors into scenes like this is our specialty. We can place our 3D Virtual Camera into any location in this scene then simply note the camera angle and position. Then shoot our actors on a live set that has color and shape and textural elements matching the larger scene here then simply composite the two shots together and your story is instantly propelled into a realm not previously imagined by the filmmaker. |
